Document Verification

Candidates must carry the original copies of all required certificates to the test venue, along with one set of self-attested photocopies. Documents such as the Educational Certificate, Caste Certificate, EWS Certificate, Hill Area Certificate, Sports Certificate and NCC Certificate (wherever applicable to the candidate) must be brought on the scheduled date. No additional time is given later to submit documents that are missed at the venue.

Driving Licence Requirement (Constable Executive Male)

Male candidates applying for Constable (Executive) must hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence — for either motorcycle or car — as on the date of their PE&MT. A Learner’s Licence is not accepted.

Driving Licence Requirement (Constable Driver)

Candidates applying for Constable (Driver) must hold a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence that was issued on or before 15 October 2025, which was the closing date for applications.

Provision for Female Candidates

Female candidates who are pregnant, have recently delivered a child, or have had a miscarriage are not permitted to appear for the Physical Endurance Test. Such candidates will be declared Temporarily Unfit and must submit their application along with a medical report at the exam venue on their notified date.

The Physical Endurance Test follows a fixed order. Candidates must first qualify in the Race; only those who clear it move on to Long Jump and High Jump.

  • Race — must be qualified first before attempting other events.
  • Long Jump — 3 attempts allowed.
  • High Jump — 3 attempts allowed.
  • Candidates who clear all Physical Endurance events then proceed to the Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
  • Go to the official Delhi Police website, delhipolice.gov.in.
  • Open the Recruitments section on the homepage.
  • Click the admit card link for the Delhi Police PE&MT Exam 2025–26 that matches your post.
  • Enter your Application Number/Registration ID/Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  • Fill in the captcha and click Submit.
  • Your admit card will appear on screen — download it and take a printout for the test day.

When was the Delhi Police PE&MT admit card released?

The Delhi Police PE&MT admit card was released on 22 July 2026, with the Constable Physical admit card available for download from 8 August 2026.

Is a driving licence mandatory for the Delhi Police PE&MT?
