The OSC/DSC Caste Certificate for HSSC CET Group D should be issued as per the Haryana Government instructions issued vide No. 22/163/2024-5HR-III dated 13-11-2024, as amended from time to time. Specifically, the caste certificate must be issued on or after 13-11-2024.
