Rs. 500 is to be paid by candidates belonging to General Category candidates. But the candidates who belongs to SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PH (Divyang) only requried to pay Rs. 250 as application fee for MPESB Group 5 posts 2026. And there is Rs. 20 fees as correction charges for all category candidates.

MPESB Group 5 – Selection Process 2026
The MPESB Group 5 selection process includes four stages which are Written Exam, SKill Test (only for technical and professional level posts), Document Verification and Medical Examination. Selction process will be in the following sequence:
- Written Exam
- Normalization and Percentile Scoring
- Merit List and Department Allocation
- Document verification
MPESB Group 5 – Exam Pattern 2026
There is only one exam for MPESB Group 5 posts and there is two sections in this exam i.e. Section A and Section B. Section A includes General Knowledge, General Science, Hindi, English Math, Reasoning ability, Computer knowledge and Section B included post specific subject topics. Here is the complete exam pattern:
- Total Marks: 200.
- No. of Questions: 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
- Exam Duration: 120 minutes (2 Hours).
- Marking Scheme: There will be a negative marking of 1/4th for every wrong answer.
