Documents Required for Haryana Post Matric Scholarship

Follwing documents will be required to apply online for the Haryana Post Matric Scholarship 2025:

• Aadhaar Card Copy
• Applicant’s Photograph
• Applicant’s Signature
• Income Certificate
• Haryana Domicile Certificate
• Caste certificate
• 10th Class Certificate
• 12th Class Certificate
• Last Exam Passed Certificate (Except for 1st Year Students),
• Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID)
• Fee Receipt (current year)
• BPL Certificate (if applicable)
• Father’s Death Certificate (if applicable)
• Note: Aadhaar Card should be linked to Bank Account. E-KYC and DBT process should be done by visiting the respective bank. Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and Bank passbook (Copy and original of all three documents) are required for E-KYC and DBT.

How to apply

Here is a step-by-step guide for “How to apply Haryana Post Matric Scholarship Online Form 2025”:

• Registration: Click on the Apply-Now button in the Important Links sections then click Registration link at the portal, if you are new user. Existing user can click on the login button. Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family Id), a List of members will be displayed, Select your Name and Click on “Generate OTP” button. Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile No. and Click on “Verify OTP” button.
• Form Fill up: After OTP Verification, all the details get auto filled in the Registration Form, cross check your information. Select Your Department and College, and create your Password and Click on “Register” Button. Click login link at the portal and enter User ID and password to apply the scholarship. Provide all necessary details like Course, Roll No., Eligibility etc.
• Submit Application: Click on the “Apply” button to save your application.
• Save/Print: Take printout of application from after submission and also save as pdf.
• Submit all the required documents in respective College or University.
