Eligibility

CUET UG 2025 Exam Pattern

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is available in 13 languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi, and Urdu. Candidates can select their preferred language for the exam.

The CUET exam pattern has been revised, making it essential for students to stay updated with the latest changes. This entrance test is a gateway to admission in multiple universities and evaluates candidates on language proficiency, general awareness, and subject-specific knowledge based on their chosen course. 1. CUET will be conducted in online Computer-Based Test and will consist 4 sections namely:
   • Section IA – 13 Languages
   • Section IB – 20 Languages
   • Section II – 27 Domain-specific Subjects
   • Section III – General Test
2. The question paper will be MCQ type and a total of 175 questions will be there out of which students have to attempt 145 questions.
3. Section II will consist 27 subjects and students may choose 6 of them.

Note: *Each test paper will last 45 minutes except for the Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Accountancy, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, and General Tests, which will last 60 minutes.

Syllabus

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) syllabus consists various topics from previous academic syllabus. The CUET Syllabus 2025 will be based on 11th and 12th academic syllabus and for PG courses the syllabus will be based on related undergraduate program. Which means if you are applying for MCA (Master of Computer Applications) that the syllabus will be from BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications).
