IB MTS Recruitment will have a two tier examination process. Tier-1 will have 100 Objective questions of 1 mark each and Tier-2 will be descriptive test on English Language & Comprehension of 50 marks.

- No. of Questions: 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Exam Duration: 120 minutes (2 Hours).
