UGC NET 2025 – Exam Centre
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the UGC NET 2025 exam across 224 cities throughout India. Candidates can choose their preferred exam cities while filling out the UGC NET application form.

UGC NET 2025 – Exam Pattern
Two papers will be conducted for UGC NET Exam. Here is the complete exam pattern:
- Exam Mode: CBT (Computer Based Test).
- Total Marks: Paper I will be of 100 marks while Paper II will be of 200 marks.
- No. of Questions: 50 questions will be asked in Paper I and 100 questions will be asked in Paper. All questions are MCQs containing 2 marks each.
- Exam Duration: 180 minutes (3 Hours).
- Marking Scheme: There is no negative marking in this exam in any of the papers.
- Exam Language: The exam will be bilingual (English and Hindi language).
