The NHPC Non Executive Recruitment 2025 selection process includes the following stages:

NHPC Non Executive Recruitment – Exam Pattern 2025
There will be two separate exams for different posts. Exam 1 will be for JE, Supervisor (IT) and Senior Accountant posts and Exam 2 will be for Assistant Rajbhasha Officer and Hindi Translator.
- Exam Mode: CBT (Computer Based Test).
- Total Marks: 100.
- No. of Questions: 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked for JE, Supervisor (IT) and Senior Accountant posts.
- No. of Questions: 110 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked for Assistant Rajbhasha Officer and Hindi Translator.
- Exam Duration: 180 minutes (3 Hour).
- Marking Scheme: 1/4th of the total marks (for the respected question) will be decucted for every wrong answer.
- Exam Language: The exam will be bilingual (English and specified language).
