Haryana Post Matric Scholorship For SC Students & PM YASASVI Post Matric Scholarship Scheme For OBC EBC And DNT 2025-26: This scholarship is now officially provided through National Scholarship Portal provided not by Haryana Government (Previously names “Haryana Post Matric Scholarship for SCs & BCs) and is provided to all Indian nationals belonging to SC (Scheduled Caste) and OBC (Other Backward Class), EBC & DNT category. This is a post matric (after 12th class) scholarship.

NSP Post Matric Scholarship Haryana – Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for NSP Scholarship for SC, OBC, EBC, & DNT students is as follows:

• Student must be studying in the session 2025-26 and their family income should be less than or equal to Rs. 2,50,000.
• Students must be an Indian resident and belongs to SC (Scheduled Caste) and OBC (Other Backward Class), EBC & DNT category.

Eligible Courses

• Group 1: Degree and Post Graduate level professional courses” shall mean: all Professional courses in Medicine, Engineering, Technology, Planning, Architecture , Design, Fashion Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary & Allied Sciences, Management, Business Finance /Administration, Computer Science/ Applications (ii) Post Graduate Diploma courses in various branches of Management & Medicine(iii) C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S./1.C.F.A. etc. (iv) M.Phil., Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral Programmes (D.Lit., D.Sc. etc.) of Group I, Group II and Group Ill courses .(v) L.L.B, Integrated LL B, L.L.M (vi) Commercial Pilot License Courses from GoI institutes (including helicopter pilot and multiengine) (maximum 20 slots per annum)
• Group 2: Other Professional Courses leading to Degree, Diploma, Certificate” shall mean all Professional Courses leading to Degree, M Ed. / M. Pharma., Diploma, Certificate in areas like Pharmacy (B Pharma.), Nursing(B Nursing), BFS, other para- medical branches like rehabilitation, diagnostics etc., Mass Communication, Hotel Management & Catering, Travel/Tourism/Hospitality Management, Interior Decoration, Nutrition& Dietetics, Commercial Art, Financial Services (e.g. Banking, Insurance, Taxation etc.) for which entrance qualification is minimum Sr. Secondary (10+2) and Vocational stream , ITI courses and Polytechnic where entrance qualification is Class XII or above.
• Group 3: Graduate and Post Graduate course” shall mean: courses not covered under Group 1& Group 2 e.g. BA / B.Sc. / B.Com etc. M.A/ M. Sc./ M.Com etc.
• Group 4: All post-matriculation (Post Class X level) non-degree courses” shall mean: All post-matriculation level non-degree courses for which entrance qualification is High School (Class X), e.g. Senior secondary certificate (class XI and XII ); both general and vocational stream , ITI courses , 3 year diploma courses in Polytechnics, etc.

Application Fee

There is no application fee to apply for this scholarship.

Documents Required for Haryana Post Matric Scholarship

Follwing documents will be required to apply online for the Haryana Post Matric Scholarship 2025:

• Scanned copy of last academic qualification
• Hostel Certificate (If applicable)
• Attendance Certficate (Issued by current studying institute)
• Domicile Certificate (Resident Certificate)
• Caste Certificate
• Fee receipt (For current year)
• Income Certificate
• 10th Marksheet
• 12th Marksheet
• Fee Structure of the institute
• BPL Ration Card (If Applicable)

Note: Aadhaar Card should be linked to Bank Account. E-KYC and DBT process should be done by visiting the respective bank. Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and Bank passbook (Copy and original of all three documents) are required for E-KYC and DBT.

Required Documents to be submitted in the respected Institute

Along with the documents mentions above in the Required documents list. Candidates must submit the photocopies of the following documents as well.

• Scholarship Application Form (Submitted on the NSP Portal)
• Aadhaar-Bank Seeding Status
• Bank Passbook
• 3 Passport Size Photos
• Family ID (For Haryana Only)

How to apply

Here is a step-by-step guide for “How to apply NSP Post Matric / PM YASASVI Scholarship Online Form 2025”:

• OTR Registration: Click on the OTR-Registration button in the Important Links sections then verify you mobile and Aadhaar OTP. You will receive a Reference Number.
  • Face Authentication using Aadhaar: Download the NSP OTR mobile and click on Face-Authentication using Aadhaar, then login using this reference number and OTP and complete the OTR.
  • OTR Password Generation: Click on Forgot Password option on the OTR registration page and use the OTR number to generate the temporary password. You will receive the password on you mobile number. Now, log in using that temporary password and create your own password.
• Apply for Scholarship: Click on Apply for Scholarship in the Important Links section of this post. And log-in using the OTR or Aadhaar. Fill your personal, previous and current academic details, address details, rations card number.
• Submit Application: After filling all the details upload all the required documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page. and finally Submit the Application Form.
• Save/Print: Take printout of application from after submission. Submit all the required documents (Physical Copy) in respective College / Institute.
