Documents required admission in CTI / CITS Admission, Allied and Health Care Profession courses, and Pharmacy Courses is as follows:
- 10th Marksheet (DOB proof)
- 12th Marksheet
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport size photos
- Caste / EWS / PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Diploma / Degree Certificate (If completed / 1st/2nd year marksheet appearing candidates for courses more than one year.
